About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication
