**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Damp and Mould Property Specialist to join our team at The Oyster Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting damp and mould surveys, identifying issues, and providing remedial recommendations.

About the Role:
  • Conducting thorough damp and mould surveys to identify potential issues
  • Providing detailed reports and recommendations for remedial action
  • Managing contracts with contractors and DLOs to ensure value for money
  • Tenant liaison and contract management

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of diagnosing damp, mould, and condensation within social housing and experience working with contractors and DLOs. Any relevant qualifications or memberships would be an advantage.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £325-£350 per hour, paid through an umbrella company.
