Job Description
In this multi-skilled carpentry role, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. This involves:

1. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
2. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
3. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
4. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a City and Guilds/NVQ qualification and have excellent communication skills. Your experience working in Central Bedfordshire will also be beneficial.
