This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading beauty company and become an ambassador for our Indi Brands. As a Makeup Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth. To succeed in this role, you must be able to stay up-to-date with the latest makeup and skincare trends and communicate effectively with customers. Your primary objective will be to deliver an unforgettable experience through the Indi Brand service, including demonstrating products that match customer goals and sharing brand stories. Additionally, you will be responsible for eventing and animating – bringing to life fun and inclusive moments/events across Indi brands. As an advocate for our Indi brand community, you will share all about our brands and products on internal and external social channels. Furthermore, you will work as a team to ensure all training is followed and completed. Administration tasks include completing individual worksheets daily/weekly online and offline (Tamigo/One Retail), while maintaining high counter standards through hygiene and housekeeping efforts.
