About the Job

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work as a Luxury Beauty Sales Consultant with 360 TALENT LONDON, delivering exceptional service and expertise to our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities
  • You will provide personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • You will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across our portfolio of luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands.
  • You will build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury retail, preferably within the beauty industry. You will also possess a strong passion for skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment is essential. Additionally, you must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
