Job Title: HV Cable Jointer
Location: South West of England & South Wales
Salary: Typical earnings of £60,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Type: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- HV cable jointing and terminations (11kV and 33kV)
- Earthing and cable installations
- Lead installations, assist electricians and other trades
- Mentor apprentices and less experienced staff
- Ensure safety compliance and manage site breakdowns
- Uphold company values and maintain professional standards
Requirements:
- JIB-approved ECS card
- Experience in construction and commercial/industrial installations
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Experience in the electrical power sector
- Adaptable and proactive
