Human Resources Coordinator

In an effort to boost operational efficiency and deliver top-notch services, Edwards & Pearce is seeking a highly skilled People Services Administrator to provide key support to their HR and Recruitment team. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and technical skills, with an emphasis on providing seamless service to clients.
About the Role:
This fast-paced position entails coordinating various tasks, including supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and ensuring payroll processes run smoothly. A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the HR team to manage employment files, conduct background checks, and facilitate employee onboarding
- Place advertisements with recruitment agencies, coordinate interview arrangements, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Benefits team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts, promoting exceptional customer service
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
