Mental Health Leadership

We are looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead our mental health services within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex teams and driving service improvement initiatives.

The role involves working closely with directors and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum
