The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing floating support services to individuals in their own homes. This role involves working closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with sensory disabilities.
