Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

Join our team as an experienced Audio Visual Technician to provide technical support for events and conferences in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating integrated event spaces, including high-profile auditoriums and town halls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment for events and conferences.
  • Proficient in digital and analogue equipment, including meeting room, events, video conference scheduling, and live streaming services.
  • Video conference and audio conference setup and support with software and hardware platforms, including Zoom, Cisco, and Polycom systems.
  • Manage all aspects of video calls, from initial booking to completion, including scheduling and system testing.
  • Prepare equipment for future events and meetings as required.
  • Work alongside the Breakfix team to locate faults and provide resolutions, including fixing, replacing, or upgrading hardware.
  • First- and second-line repairs and ongoing preventative maintenance, including daily checks on all equipment.
  • Provide audio visual support to other areas of the business as needed.
  • Liaise with senior executives in a professional manner, both face-to-face and via phone or Zoom.
  • Work onsite shifts to meet requirements, with a flexible approach to cover out-of-hours events.
  • Liaise with the help desk and operations team to arrange backup support when needed.
  • Administration tasks, including using Microsoft Office applications, Zoom back-end bespoke ticketing systems, and room booking software.
