About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team at Mears in Belfast. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our buildings and surrounding grounds.

Your duties will include cleaning site facilities, void clearance, and public walkways, as well as completing minor maintenance works and assisting the site team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of site facilities and grounds
  • Complete minor maintenance works and repairs
  • Assist the site team with tasks and projects
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving experience
  • Previous professional cleaning experience
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Determined and positive attitude
  • Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
