Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Ashton Recruitment. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
  • Meet all service level agreements.
  • Clean and upkeep designated cleaning areas.
  • Track when specific cleaning work needs to be carried out.
  • Manage the use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health and Safety requirements.
  • Work within a team and under their own initiative.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous cleaning experience.
