Pertemps Didcot is seeking a skilled Class 1 Night Trunk Driver to join our team. As a Class 1 Night Trunk Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while navigating a multi-drop environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Accurately report defects and maintain a high level of legislative compliance
- Obtain proof of delivery using a PDA or documentation, adhering to required standards
- Adhere to vehicle cleaning programs and utilize pump trucks/tail lifts as needed
- Hold a clean, relevant driving license with at least 2 years of experience
- Previous experience as a Class 1 Driver, with a minimum of 35 hours of Driver CPC training
- Manual, split gearbox experience and a customer-focused approach
