About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Training Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Danone. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Plants Training requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training schedules to ensure all training activities are planned and tracked effectively.
- Work closely with your N+1 to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Assist in the maintenance of training materials and provide administrative support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the training program.
Requirements
- Strong people skills and an outgoing personality.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, such as a trainer or training coordinator, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
- Good working knowledge and experience of owning learning management systems.
- Ability to complete training cycles (plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate feedback).
- Strong work ethic, focused on maximising efficiencies within the role.
- Good working knowledge of training methods.
- Strong customer-focused background.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams.
- Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask.
- An understanding of reporting requirements and experience in providing accurate data.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety Requirements linked to training.
- Ability to confidentially manage employee data.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, CRM experience.
- Organisation and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
- Financial awareness and a cost-saving approach to business.
