At Branas Isaf, we have been committed to providing an exceptional integrated model of education, therapy, and therapeutic care for over 25 years. Our focus is on young individuals who face a variety of emotional, behavioral, and complex interpersonal challenges.
Your primary responsibility as a Childcare Support Specialist will be to guide our young residents towards a deeper understanding of their past behaviors. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their interpersonal skills, first within the therapeutic home setting and eventually in the broader community.
Our team is diverse, with members from various backgrounds, bringing a wealth of transferable skills to the role.
Key Requirements
- Valid full UK driver licence (company provides a vehicle during working hours)
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings, nights, and weekends)
- Experience in a Residential Childcare Environment (preferred)
- Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided)
