About the Job
This permanent position offers an exciting chance to join our finance department and gain valuable experience working with a large and well-established company.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers, assembling quotes, and liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and finance, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Assemble best-cost quotes from suppliers
• Supply quotations to customers
• Liaise with Service Co-ordinator regarding parts to be installed
• Liaise with Engineers regarding parts requested and consumed
• Pass invoices related to orders
• General office and telephone duties

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including paid holidays, parking, pension fund, and work-from-home options.
