Job Title: Global Process Transformation Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Transformation Leader to join our team at Sky Group. As a key member of our Finance Delivery team, you will be responsible for transforming and leading the future of global finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform and Lead: Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation roadmap for our Purchase to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Account to Report (A2R) processes.
- Benchmark and Improve: Conduct thorough benchmarking of our A2R processes against industry best practices, focusing on excellent user experience and external standards.
- Secure Resources: Secure buy-in, resources, and funding for the A2R transformation roadmap through effective communication and change management strategies.
- Standardize and Automate: Standardize, simplify, and automate the A2R process, implementing KPIs and monitoring to measure improvements and success.
- Risk Management: Manage A2R process risks, designing controls to mitigate them and developing plans for ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Expertise: Expert understanding of the A2R end-to-end process, championing process transformation.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, with high emotional intelligence and outstanding communication abilities.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change, including employee engagement and enhancing user experience.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A curious, data-driven mindset with a desire to consistently improve, balanced with the ability to manage business as usual (BAU) pressures.
