We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Hotel Co 51.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced service environment. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing warm and welcoming interactions with guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Managing hotel room inventory, checking guests in and out efficiently, and maintaining accurate records
  • Operating Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Processing bills and payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions
  • Cleaning, tidying, restocking, receiving deliveries, and organizing Back-of-House areas
  • Familiarizing yourself with food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborating with other team members, taking direction from Crew Leaders, and contributing to a positive team dynamic
  • Promoting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, engaging with guests to enhance their experience

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests and colleagues alike
  • The ability to multitask effectively, balancing hard work with great service
  • A relaxed yet proactive approach to work, avoiding laziness
  • Clear and effective communication, fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience within the service industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
  • Knowledge of food safety and licensing laws, personal experience of travel and the travel industry
