About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner Specialist to join our team at Cint AB. As a key member of our revenue growth enablement team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and customer success through effective training programs, content creation, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enablement strategies to enhance sales team performance and customer engagement.
  • Create high-quality training content, including onboarding programs, continuous learning initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training delivery, and program management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and influence cross-functional teams.
