Business Partner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner Specialist to join our team at Cint AB. As a key member of our revenue growth enablement team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and customer success through effective training programs, content creation, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement enablement strategies to enhance sales team performance and customer engagement.
- Create high-quality training content, including onboarding programs, continuous learning initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Requirements- Proven experience in sales enablement, training delivery, and program management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and influence cross-functional teams.
