Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our infrastructure projects in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results, ensuring good communication, and adherence to governance processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience working on major highways projects. They will be able to drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management, and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle.

The Associate Director will also be heavily involved in winning new work and developing a team of Project Managers. They will be responsible for establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project.

The successful candidate will have a NEC accredited Project Manager qualification and a degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering or Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and co-ordinate project activities, ensuring good communication and adherence to governance processes.
  2. Drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management, and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Be heavily involved in winning new work and developing a team of Project Managers.
Requirements
  1. NEC accredited Project Manager qualification.
  2. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Civil Engineering/Construction).
  3. Experience working on major highways projects.
