Family Care Assistant

HomeOrganisers is seeking a dedicated Family Care Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch childcare and domestic support to our family.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has the skills to manage our household efficiently.
The successful candidate will have experience in childcare, with a strong focus on creating a nurturing environment for our children. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home, managing our daily schedules, and ensuring that all household tasks are completed on time.
In this role, you will work closely with us to create a warm and welcoming home environment that meets the needs of our growing family. If you have a passion for childcare and domestic management, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare to our children
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment
- Manage our daily schedules and ensure timely completion of household tasks
- Assist with meal preparation and snack times
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in childcare or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation (a car is provided)
- Up-to-date DBS and Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on 46 hours per week. Holiday: Statutory Paid Holiday. Start Date: January 2025.
