About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Carer to provide companionship and support to our clients in their own homes.

As a Live-In Carer, you will work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £100 per day, plus holiday pay.

In addition to this, we offer paid training and handover, 2-hour daily breaks, weekly food allowance, and excellent support from our nearby office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management
  • Promote healthy eating habits through food preparation
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping
  • Offer emotional support and companionship
  • Accompany clients on visits and outings

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
