Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new introducer's to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BTL, bridging, and second charge mortgage market
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the client's products and services remain competitive

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a phone-based sales role within the B2B market
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, with a focus on BTL, bridging, and second charge mortgages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary up to £40,000, dependent on experience
  • Bonus element to the role, with an expectation to earn around £50-55,000 for on-target performance
