Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Therapeutic Support Workers. Our client operates four homes in rural locations, providing a warm and supportive atmosphere for young people aged 13-18 years.
As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a caring and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of young people. This includes planning and facilitating activities to promote learning and integration within the home, monitoring and recording young people's progress, and collaborating with local authorities to provide outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Valid Driving License.
- Passionate and Energetic Approach.
