Graduate Planning Officer/Planning Officer

As a key member of the planning department, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from inception to completion. With a strong background in planning and development, you will possess the ability to navigate the public and private sectors with ease. A Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field is essential, with a Master's degree being advantageous. Chartered Membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is a must, or you should be working towards this. Your experience in working on residential and rural applications will be invaluable, as will your in-depth knowledge of UK planning laws, regulations, and best practices.
