About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Transportation Infrastructure Development Expert to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative transportation solutions and make a real impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet programme requirements, safety standards, and environmental considerations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Conduct risk assessments and assure compliance with relevant standards, including NR/L2/CIV/003 and NR/L3/CIV/0063
  • Manage engineering interfaces and allocate proposals for concurrent work in other disciplines
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project engineers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Possession of a chartered engineer qualification (IStructE) and a relevant engineering degree (BSc/BEng or equivalent) with minimum 5 years general relevant experience
  • Able to undertake the NR/L2/RSE/02009 role of Project Engineer (PE)
  • Sound understanding of CDM 2015 regulations, common safety method (CSM) 2013 regulations, and network rail's requirements regarding risk assessment process including CSM-RA
