We are seeking an experienced EDS Project Engineer to join our team at Aston Martin. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design and development of vehicle harnesses, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop vehicle harnesses, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.
  • Act as the technical expert and primary point of contact for any harness-related queries or issues.
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, working with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in vehicle electrical systems and components, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive EDS design, development, and manufacturing, with a strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and components.
  • Hands-on expertise in harness reworks and vehicle circuits, with familiarity with DFMEA reviews and CAD tools (both 2D and 3D).
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure that projects meet the highest industry benchmarks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
