We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Optima Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their Occupational Health cases are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional assistance to clients via phone and email, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Liaising with clinical, administrative, and management colleagues to escalate complaints or concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A background in administration or customer service, preferably with experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
