Job Title: Associate Practitioner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Practitioner to join our Blood Sciences laboratory team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing laboratory tests on patient samples in various sub-sections of the laboratory rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process laboratory tests on patient samples in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks on laboratory tests and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations and efficient test processing.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.

Requirements:
- Foundation degree or significant laboratory experience.
