Compliance Team Leader

A top global law firm is seeking a Compliance Team Leader to support the Compliance Manager in delivering tailored training to new joiners into the Business Acceptance and supervising a team of compliance professionals.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic approach to prioritizing complex tasks. You will support the team with training on systems, conflicts, AML and sanctions processes, as well as managing and delegating tasks within Intapp workstreams to meet SLAs.

Maintaining your knowledge of up-to-date firm processes, policies, and industry standards is vital as you will be helping to improve the systems and procedures used by the team. You will also manage higher-risk conflict queries and escalated issues and recommend courses of action and solutions where possible.

You will need experience working within a law firm Risk and Compliance role and have knowledge of SRA rules, including conflicts of interest. Knowledge of conflicts, AML, and sanctions is essential, and experience in Intapp is a bonus. If you have a desire to learn, share knowledge, and build skills in a collaborative environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Compliance Manager in delivering tailored training to new joiners
  • Supervise a team of compliance professionals
  • Manage and delegate tasks within Intapp workstreams
  • Recommend courses of action and solutions for higher-risk conflict queries and escalated issues

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a law firm Risk and Compliance role
