About the Role:

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a primary school setting.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to provide individualised support to students with unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children who require tailored support and a keen interest in education and child development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologist to gain valuable experience working 1:1 with children who need tailored support.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum and opportunities for professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide individualised support to students with unique needs, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
  2. To work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
  3. To maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
Requirements:
