About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to lead the development of our service in Greater Manchester. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with health and care staff who have experienced critical incidents or traumatic events at work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality, responsive, and accessible services for health and care staff in Greater Manchester.
- Provide specialist psychological support following work-based trauma.
- Deliver consultation services to help mitigate the impact of work-based trauma.
- Lead the development of a high-quality service, including advising service and professional management on those aspects of the service where psychological and/or organisational matters need addressing.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Greater Manchester.
Contract Type: Secondment.
Working Pattern: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible working, Compressed hours, Term time hours.
