**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at one of our sites in Liverpool. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage bar operations, including ordering, stock control, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
