About the Opportunity

This exciting role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful sales solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and developing key accounts to drive adoption of Roche's innovative solutions, ensuring long-term customer engagement and patient-centered outcomes.

You will play a vital part in fostering long-term partnerships, growing market share, and enhancing profitability. By building and maintaining strong customer relationships, you will strategically target and develop key accounts to drive adoption of Roche's innovative solutions.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target key accounts and grow market share.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive sales solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term customer engagement and patient-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target key accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and a quick learner with a motivation to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to travel across the UK and possess a full UK driving license.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
