About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading automotive company, providing customers with a fantastic service experience. As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Scheduling appointments and managing internal diaries to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure necessary resources are available to meet customer needs.
- Providing customers with progress updates and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Updating the CRM and maintaining accurate records to ensure data integrity.
- Upselling additional services and providing estimates to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible value.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A keen interest in the automotive industry and a driver's license.
