We are seeking an exceptional Academic Leader to join our team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the academic direction of our academy and driving student success.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a culture of academic excellence across the academy
• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum programs
• Mentor and support teachers to improve instructional practices
• Monitor student progress and provide data-driven insights for improvement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and decision-making
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Contribute to the recruitment and professional development of staff

Requirements

• QTS (or equivalent) and a good undergraduate degree
• Proven track record of leadership and management in education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to analyze data and drive informed decision-making
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and implementation
