  • Collaborate with teams to identify risks, minimise inefficiencies, and ensure systematic company improvements while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in CMM programming (QCT software preferred).
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting).
  • Hands-on inspection experience with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and use standard gauges effectively.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with machined components.
Remuneration:

The estimated salary for this position is £36,000 per annum, based on industry standards for a Process Improvement Manager in the UK.
