We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist at Payrolljobsboard, you will be responsible for:

  1. Processing payroll for over 1500 employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
  2. Providing high-quality payroll services, meeting service level agreements and resolving issues proactively;
  3. Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to promote continuous improvement;
  4. Liaising with site teams on Time and Attendance systems;
  5. Managing payroll-related tasks, including inputting variable data and handling year-end processes;
  6. Producing financial reports for Finance teams and maintaining employee self-service accounts.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience with processing payroll for over 1000 employees in a sole role;
  2. Strong Excel and payroll systems knowledge;
  3. Excellent communication skills and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks.
