About the Role

We are seeking a talented Food Product Developer to join our team at Kellanova. As an Assistant Food Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing food products that align with market trends and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new recipes and refining existing ones to meet the highest standards of quality and profitability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution and optimal efficiency.
  • Researching consumer markets and the latest technologies to create new product concepts.
  • Selecting raw materials and ingredients and preparing product costings to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • Degree in food/scientific discipline or higher education with relevant experience.
  • Passion for creative product development in the food sector.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High levels of proactivity and a results-driven mindset, focusing on keeping the consumer at the centre of our efforts.
