About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and profitability.
- Manage stock levels, operational standards, and GPhC (PSNI) standards.
- Collaborate with Regional Healthcare Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement within the pharmacy.
Requirements
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
- Strong leadership and commercial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
