About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Proposal Lead to join our team. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for leading the development and submission of proposals to secure new business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire proposal development process, from strategy meetings to content review and final submission.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and submission of proposals to secure new business
  • Oversee the entire proposal development process, from strategy meetings to content review and final submission
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals
  • Promote best practice in bid management and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development team to support bid activities and projects
