Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations and drive the success of our AR products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from design to delivery, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Technical Project Management, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management, logistics, and facilities operations strategies to support business growth.
  • Lead and manage small teams, including inventory management, ATOM logistics, and facilities operations.
  • Drive process improvement and production optimization through the use of advanced assembly/calibration equipment and tools.
  • Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Hardware teams to design and implement production improvements and optimize product development.
  • Develop and manage financial models to ensure production output meets sales pipeline requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing process implementation, contract manufacturing, DFM/DFA, and managing small teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to lead DFM/DFA sessions and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to Tollgate/Stagegate programs and appreciation for production product development.
