Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations and drive the success of our Augmented Reality products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Contract Manufacturer, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Contract Manufacturer, ensuring they meet our demand and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes, streamlining our workflow from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to plan and mobilize jobs from our NPI facility in Reading to our end customers worldwide.
  • Manage our logistics team, ensuring the successful delivery of all ATOM stock to site, on time, in full.
  • Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Hardware teams to design and optimize production processes.
  • Lead small assembly teams, run 1-1 objective reviews, and support training where required.
  • Develop and implement financial models to optimize production output against sales pipeline requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of credible industry experience in production/manufacturing process implementation, contract manufacturing, DFM/DFA, and team management.
  • Advanced MRP/ERP systems experience and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lead DFM/DFA sessions and work with Tollgate/Stagegate programs.
