We are looking for an Arabic Language Support Specialist to join our team at Search. The successful candidate will have an estimated salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year and will be responsible for managing customer journeys efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing current customer accounts, handling high volumes of inbound phone calls, building and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers, providing quotes, arranging bookings, taking payments, and demonstrating excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability to changes in the work environment, accuracy, dependability, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in teams, and respect for individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds.
