Finance Business Partner

Orka Financial is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our fast-paced Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse internal and external data to answer key business questions and present findings as clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks, and prepare business cases to align with leadership and share with the business.
  • Work closely with the data team to define and guide development of function-specific reporting and KPIs.
  • Provide financial expertise to stakeholders in developing budgets, improving forecasting models, and setting effective store targets.
  • Gather and maintain accurate records of data and stay on top of competitive intelligence.
