Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Orthopaedic Scrub to join their team in Essex. As a key member of the theatre department, you will be responsible for performing scrub roles in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, managing people and processes within the theatre environment, and supporting the development and training of junior staff.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of orthopaedic scrub experience, proven ability to manage people and work effectively in a team, and a warm, empathetic, and considerate personality. A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential.

  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
