Administrative Expert for High-Level Executives

CleverHR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to one or more Senior Executives.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and responsive administrative service, regularly liaising with heads of departments as well as external clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of executive support, including correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the Executive(s) and the wider business.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Executive Support role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
