Community Care Worker

We are seeking a talented Community Care Worker to join our team at SeeAbility in Surrey. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides supported living services for adults with various disabilities, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, physical disabilities, autism, and learning disabilities.
As a Community Care Worker, you will assist with daily care and support, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and other daily tasks. You will also build strong relationships with the people you support, understanding their needs and helping them live life on their own terms.
The ideal candidate will have a manual UK driving license and be comfortable driving alternative vehicles.
