We are seeking a skilled Legacy Administration Officer to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our legacy database and managing a dedicated caseload.

The Legacy Team promotes gifts in wills among our supporters, works with executors where our organisation is named as a beneficiary in an estate, and develops positive relationships with all those we come into contact with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our legacy database with meticulous attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with supporters, executors, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the Legacy Team to promote gifts in wills and develop relationships with supporters
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience of working with databases
  • Organised, willing to learn, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interest in legacy administration and understanding of the importance of these gifts to our future work
What We Offer

This is a part-time role, working 17.5 hours a week. The full-time salary is £28,879 per annum, and the part-time salary is £14,440 per annum.

This role is eligible for hybrid working, and you will be required to work from a designated office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.
