Key Responsibilities

    • Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices (e.g. firewalls, switches, wireless access points), including after-hours work.
  • System Updates
    • Update network systems and documentation as changes are made.
  • Monitoring & Performance
    • Monitor network performance, review alerts, diagnose issues and escalate problems as needed.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide prompt support for incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
  • Procedures & Documentation
    • Contribute to the creation of operational procedures and documentation.
  • Change Management
    • Adhere to change management processes for production changes.

Requirements
